We are seeking a programmer who wants to come and work with us in Scarborough. You will be working with our head programmer and the rest of the team. You will have experience of HTML 5, CSS, Bootstrap, jQuery. Desirable skills would also be exposure to C# in a ASP.NET 4.5, with knowledge of LINQ, entity, MVC 3 and similar frameworks as all of our projects are built within a .net environment.


More details:

The Developer will design and develop new and modified features of our software application and other web services. They also be develop data migration and integrations processes to legacy systems using identified development tools and technologies. The developer may also create services called from external applications to integrate with software application.

Responsibilities

The application developer will be instructed at first but as the relationship grows will also be called upon to determine the approach to be utilised in a project implementation.

The developer will be expected to participate in every aspect of the development and implementation, working with the senior programmer to ensure full understanding of the change implications to current business processes.

He or she designs and builds product deliverables according to specifications, escalates technical design or specification issues to the senior programmer, and works within a given time frame to complete coding.

He or she should have a comprehensive understanding of the implementation methodologies for the technology being utilized in product development, such as CSS HTML5 and Bootstrap.

He or she follows good development practices and software development life cycle methodologies throughout product development.
